The West Wing 1x05 ‘The Crackpots and These Women’ Except for the really patronizing speech at the end about how awesome it is that “these women” can make it in the men’s world, this is one of the most perfectly hilarious episodes of this show. Aaron Sorkin finally begins to shake off the stilted humor of Sports Night, the cast is beginning to get comfortable in their characters, and Mandy isn’t around that much. I love it. EDIT: oh man hilarious except Josh’s whole dead sister drama and Mandy fighting with Toby the whole time. STILL. THE WOLVES ONLY HIGHWAY.
